Protection against Fire

Fire safes can protect paper documents or magnetic media such as discs,CD-Roms,tapes, etc. A safe that is specifically designed for document protection would not be suitable for magnetic media protection.

Two hours

The longer you need the protection for, the more expensive the safe would be.

Protection against Theft

Insurance Rating;-

This rating determines the value of cash or valuables that can be covered by insurance companies.
eg. a safe that carries a £4000 cash rating should be covered to hold £4000 cash or £40000 valuables.
Please note , always check with your own insurance company, that they agree with the insurance rating suggested for your safe. Other factors can reduce or increase the value of the insurance.
